Never Miss a Monday Summer Soul Strength Series

A weekly live online experience designed to help you begin your week with intention, strength, and joy.

Each Monday you'll enjoy:

✨ Soul Strength Reflection

✨ Guided Prayer & Mindset Coaching

✨ Spinal Prayer Flow & Mobility

✨ B3 Strength Training (all levels welcome)

✨ Weekly Elevated Experiment

✨ Replay Access

This standing workout can be done from anywhere and is designed to be adaptable for a variety of fitness levels.

What you'll need:

• Light dumbbells (1–10 lbs)

• B3 Bands (optional but recommended for faster strength gains and joint-friendly training)

• Water

• Occasionally a chair, countertop, or wall for balance support

This isn't about perfection.

It's about intention.

Something powerful happens when we write down a commitment and make it visible.

We're much more likely to follow through.

And here's the beautiful part...

Every Sunday you get a fresh opportunity to choose again.

Life happens.

Plans change.

Grace is always part of this journey.

Your number isn't a test.

It's simply your way of saying,

"This is how I'm choosing to show up for myself this month."

And remember...

As a member, you're always welcome to attend any Monday that works for your schedule.

Every Sunday evening you'll receive an email with the upcoming week's focus, workout details, and any props needed.

Choose your number. Show up. Stay curious. Allow God to surprise you.

Founders Rate: $33/month (3-month commitment)

Regular Membership: $44/month

A Note on B3 Bands:

Please note that while high-efficiency B3 Blood Flow Resistance Bands are discussed and highly recommended during our training sessions, they are NOT required to participate or get stellar results from this program. You can always start with your bodyweight and order them later!
