With over 30 years in healthcare, Denise began her career in a traditional clinical setting, caring for patients after illness had already taken hold. But something didn’t sit right.
“I realized that many of these hospital stays could have been prevented. What we eat, how we move, and what we believe—these aren’t side notes. They’re everything.”
Determined to be part of the solution, Denise left the hospital setting and earned her
Master’s in Exercise Physiology
, knowing that movement, nourishment, and mindset are powerful tools to prevent illness and restore vitality.
Since then, she’s dedicated her life to helping women—especially those 40 and beyond—
reclaim their health before crisis hits.
